DescriptionYou have what it takes: a competitive drive coupled with exceptional sales ability.In this role, you will be an integral part of a sales team developing and managing an assigned territory. You will have the opportunity to implement clients' marketing plan by using your professional expertise, clinical training, and judgement. You will:Utilize marketing and selling materials designed for a respective audiencePlan and organize activities to ensure consistent coverage of the territory depending on each client's needsEngage in meaningful dialogue that addresses the needs of the health provider and patientProvide educational and scientific support for decisions to physicians, practitioners, and nursing staffEssential Requirements:Bachelor's degree1-2 years' business to business (B2B) or 1-2 years' pharmaceutical sales experienceAbility to travel and possess a valid driver's license to drive to assigned healthcare accountsMust live within territory or within territory boundaries.Desired Requirements:Track record of success with outside sales experienceAt Syneos Health, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace.
