Investment Banking Associate/ VP, Singapore

Job Details Permanent headcount, based in Singapore International bank Candidates must have minimum 4-8 yrs of M&A experience Responsibilities Lead origination and execution of M&A/ strategic advisory transactions Build detailed financial models to evaluate performance under various operating scenarios and to analyze the impacts of different capital structures and potential financing or M&A transactions Perform financial and valuation analyses using various methodologies Regional coverage: Southeast Asia Prepare presentation materials for use in client meetings, covering topics such as strategic alternatives, capital markets activity and general corporate finance Maintain up to date knowledge on clients and targets Research and analysis of markets and industries, companies based on company information, research reports, and other information sources Coordinate efforts with deal team members across the Bank, internal and external stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any discipline Minimum 4-8 years of relevant experience in Investment banking / IBD/ Corporate Finance / M&A Ability to perform under pressure and thrive in a high intensity environment Strong work ethics and excellent learning / work attitude, independent and can perform without much supervision Detail oriented with good financial analysis skills Superior analytical aptitude, creative problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills Analytical and numerate with basic accounting and finance knowledge #J-18808-Ljbffr
