Founding Engineer

We raised $3M from YC and angels like Aravind (CEO Perplexity), Rahul Vohra (Superhuman), to build the agentic operating system for the Enterprise. We have thousands of agents deployed at scale-up startups and enterprise companies. We have PMF and are doubling revenue every month. Now we need someone who can push it to the next limits.We need someone who operates at CTO-level. Someone who can take a vague problem, scope it, build it end-to-end, and ship something that actually provides value. Backend-heavy, AI-native, but able to go full stack when needed. No hand-holding. No waiting for specs.You need to be a full-stack engineer, an AI engineer, and a product engineer in one person. Being a former founder is a plus for this role.The ResponsibilitiesOwn large parts of the product end-to-end. From user insight to productionBuild and improve our agentic systems. Make them more accurate, more reliable, more powerfulWork at the frontier of AI engineering. Context engineering, tool use, agent architecturesStack is Go Backend, Vite (Typescript) FrontendTalk to users. Understand their pain. Scope features that actually solve problemsPush AI-first development. Claude Code, coding agents, automation. You should be obsessed with scaling yourselfReview code fast. Maintain high standards across the codebaseYou Are a Good Fit If YouAre a 100x engineer. Razor sharp. Able to solve difficult problems fastHave deep product sense.
