FullTime Role-Role: AIOps Support EngineerLocation: Onsite in San Ramon, CAEmployment Type: Full-Time (FTE) No Sponsorship Offered Relocation may be considered for strong/100% fit candidates, and $2K–$3K relocation assistance will be providedJob OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated AIOps Support Engineer with strong cloud operations and AI platform support experience to join a fast-paced enterprise technology environment. The ideal candidate will support AI-enabled business applications, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise productivity tools while ensuring operational stability, secure access management, and excellent end-user support. This role requires hands-on troubleshooting expertise across GCP, Azure, AI platforms, identity management systems, and enterprise security tools. Required Skills:3–5 years of experience in technical support, cloud operations, or IT engineering roles, preferably within financial services or healthcare environments.Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including log monitoring, IAM administration, and infrastructure troubleshooting.Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including Azure ML and core cloud operations support.Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms such as ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), and Google Gemini Enterprise.Experience troubleshooting Single Sign-On (SSO) and identity management issues using platforms such as Okta, Azure AD/Entra ID, or similar solutions.Understanding of Netskope or comparable CASB and SSL inspection tools, including their integration with SaaS and AI platforms.Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent incidents, prioritize tasks effectively, and operate successfully in a fast-paced environment.
