Harvey Nash USA has been engaged to find a talented Content Strategy Analyst / Technical Writer for a 12-month remote contract opportunity with a leading global payments technology organization.Job Title: Content Strategy Analyst / Technical Writer Location: Remote (Within US – East coast or CST)Duration: 12 Months with possible extension.The ideal candidate will have experience creating and maintaining technical documentation while collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, QA teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Create, update, and maintain technical documentation and contentCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate technical informationAuthor and edit content using HTML, DITA/XML, and MarkdownPublish documentation across multiple platforms including PDF, HTML, Wiki, and online help systemsManage documentation review cycles and incorporate stakeholder feedbackEnsure documentation aligns with established writing standards and best practicesSupport API and developer-focused documentation initiativesRequired Skills:Strong technical documentation experienceExperience with HTML, DITA/XML, and MarkdownAPI documentation experienceExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong time management and ability to work independentlyExperience working in Agile environmentsStrong written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Experience:CMS and authoring tools such as Oxygen, Ixiasoft, xMetal, or VS CodeFamiliarity with Git/GitHub, Jira, or similar collaboration toolsUnderstanding of technical publishing standards and style guidesExperience publishing content to multiple output formatsEducationBachelors’ degree is preferred, but not requiredA reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $43 - $48 Hourly on W2.About us:Harvey Nash is a national, full-service talent management firm specializing in technology positions.
