Position: Programming Analyst
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Programming Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in supporting our IT and Client Services teams by delivering high-quality data exchange solutions and reporting services.

Responsibilities
Serve as a key communicator between IT, management, end users, and customer support teams to ensure smooth data interface operations
Maintain and enhance the performance, accuracy, and reliability of interface and reporting applications
Execute scheduled file processing and proactively communicate status updates to internal and external stakeholders
Support reporting needs, including import/export requests, with a focus on timeliness and accuracy
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience with data interfaces and data exchange, along with exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel and at least one scripting language
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and business writing skills
A proactive mindset with strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities
Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 3 years of relevant IT experience
Hands-on experience with data interface/exchange implementation
Experience creating Crystal Reports using complex data structures
Experience in a collections environment is a plus
Familiarity with ARTIVA is preferred but not required
