Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant position located in Asheville, NC, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of tasks including managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling phone calls, and performing clerical duties. The role requires supporting the executive team, maintaining documents, ensuring efficient office operations and some social media marketing. Qualifications Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative AssistanceExceptional Communication and Phone Etiquette abilitiesProficiency in Clerical Skills such as organizing, scheduling, and maintaining recordsExcellent time management and organizational abilitiesProficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and administrative toolsAbility to adapt to hybrid working conditions, demonstrating self-motivation and effective coordinationPrevious experience in an administrative or executive assistant role is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; further education or related certifications are advantageousMust be able to be client facing if needed, build quotes and schedule estimatesMust be able to address parts of the business in business meetings as needed
