Following hiring, the new team member is required to complete training in the Mathnasium MethodTM.ResponsibilitiesProvide individualized and small-group math instruction using the Mathnasium MethodLead, mentor, and support instructors to ensure instructional quality and consistencyAssist with training and onboarding of new instructorsMonitor student progress and ensure lesson plans are followed accuratelyMaintain a positive, professional, and structured learning environmentCommunicate instructional updates and student progress to the Center DirectorEnsure compliance with Mathnasium curriculum standards and center policiesSupport daily instructional operations as needed QualificationsStrong math proficiency through at least Algebra (Geometry, Algebra II, or higher preferred)Prior experience in tutoring, teaching, education, or instructional leadership preferredAbility to explain math concepts clearly to elementary, middle, and high school studentsStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsProfessional, dependable, and student-focusedAbility to multitask in a fast-paced learning center environmentExperience working with children or students in an educational setting preferred Why work at MathnasiumCompetitive hourly payPaid training in the Mathnasium MethodPart-time schedule (after-school and weekend availability)Opportunities for advancement and leadership experienceSupportive, team-oriented work environmentRewarding opportunity to help students build confidence and succeed in mathMathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing, LLC ("Mathnasium").
