Role : Data Engineer - GCP servicesLocation : Charlotte NC (onsite)Data Engineering: Advanced SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT, batch & streaming pipelinesGCP Expertise: BigQuery, Dataflow, GCS, Pub/Sub, DataprocProgramming: Python (primary), with Java/Scala for distributed processingData Integration: Ingestion patterns, APIs, CDC, and scalable pipeline designDevOps & Security: CI/CD, Terraform, IAM, data governance & lifecycle managementLead design and development of scalable, high-performance applications using Python and GCP servicesArchitect and implement cloud-native solutions leveraging GCP services such as Cloud Run, GKE, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, and Cloud FunctionsDrive application architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainabilitySolid knowledge of disaster recovery, disaster management, and system resiliency practices, including fault tolerance, high availability, and business continuity planning
