Road/Dispatcher Supervisor (West Yard) Transdev in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Road/Dispatcher Supervisor. The above represents the standard corporate policy.Key responsibilities:Assign and communicate job requirements and responsibilities to operators and road supervisorsDay-to-day scheduling, counseling and evaluation reportsConduct on-the-scene accident investigations; assist drivers in preparing accident reports and safety violation documents.Host driver training and safety coursesAssist safety manager with DOT compliance regarding drug testing and recordkeeping.Other duties as required.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED equivalentValid CDL Class B requiredMinimum of 2-3 years of transit supervisory experience preferred.Strong verbal and written communication skills & interpersonal skillsWorking knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Must have a flexible work schedule.Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.
