The In-Suite Dining Attendant is accountable for communicating with In-Suite Dining Manager, Order Taker(s) and Captain on shift responsibilities, executing flawless service in the front and back of house and ensuring food offering and presentation is luxury. Your passion for all things F&B will lead you to provide the highest quality of service and hospitality.Hourly Rate: $22.21What you will be doing:All table/tray/cart return duties and checking with guest for pick up convenience.Perform floor sweeps as needed, picking up used In Suite Dining equipment, tableware and table linens.Bus all tables, trays, and carts.Check with order taker, captain and manager regarding specific duties for the shift.Check service stations for necessary equipment and set up: ice, dishes, and utensils; replenish as needed.Assist guest regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.Schedule: Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, employees are required to work varying schedules, including overnight, weekends and holidays, to accommodate the business and demands of the hotel.QualificationsYour experience and skills include:One (1) year work experience is an assetPrevious experience in luxury hotel environment desirableMust be able to speak, read, write and understand the English languageRequires good communication skills, both verbal and writtenMust be able to read and write to facilitate the communication processMust be service oriented and capable of communicating effectively with persons involved in all levels of authority, both internally and externallyLicenses or Certificates:Valid Driver's License requiredTB Clearance requiredHawaii State Food Safety Certification requiredAdditional InformationAll Candidates must be in possession of identification proving authorization to work in the United States as defined in the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA).
