You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service that not only enhances the shopping experience but also drives sales. Your dedication to providing personalized, knowledgeable assistance ensures that every customer leaves satisfied and eager to return.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver an exceptional customer experience and maximize personal sales resultsMaintain a strong presence on the sales floor, actively engaging with customers and modeling selling best practicesMaintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to ensure the store is safe and inviting to customersExecute closing and opening duties as assignedDemonstrate Kindthread Core Values at all timesExecute and maintain strong visual merchandising standardsEssential Qualifications0-2 years of relevant job experience - minimum 6 months (previous retail experience preferred)Consistently achieve personal and overall store sales goalsCan work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.PT 12-29 hours weeklyPreferred Qualifications (Skills and Abilities)Customer service skills and ability to interact with customers and drive salesHas collaborative skills and the ability to work well within a teamStrong time management and organizational skillsPhysical DemandsConstantly standing and walkingConstantly reaching, pushing, pulling, graspingFrequently stooping, kneeling, crouchingFrequently lifting up to 20 pounds and occasionally lifting up to 50 poundsOccasionally climbing and descending ladders and step stools
