Warehouse Manager - Reusable Asset Depot

As a Reusable Asset Depot (RAD) Manager, you’ll get to manage the entire crew of warehouse personnel, manage customer relations, and all aspects of operations of the warehouse. That includes the location’s P&L, human resources partnership, and payroll activities. This leader is vital to the success of the RAD!What You'll DoCommunicate goals, manage staff schedules, and coordinate workloads to achieve facility goalsMaintain quality and safety standards throughout the siteTrain and develop associates to ensure they are following company policies, procedures, and standardsManage customer relationships for site and work in conjunction with the Regional Operations Manager to best service the local customerParticipate in hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and assigning work to new associatesEnsures company policies regarding HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) and HR are followed in conjunction with federal, state, and local employment law Analyze site data to make continuous improvements in operational excellenceDraft reports, business correspondence, and procedural instruction manualsEffectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the publicMonitor each employee’s performance and workload to ensure expectations are metWhat You'll NeedAssociate’s degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required5 years of experience, preferably in retail management, distribution, supply chain, or manufacturing environments, and 3 in a Supervisory roleKnowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System) preferred Bilingual ability in Spanish preferredForklift certifications requiredMust possess a valid driver’s license to allow for travel to various company locations, if required by the companyWhat We OfferCompetitive Pay, Holiday Pay, and Daily Pay – Access to your earned wages before payday!
