Merchandiser

Our client, a specialty food distributor, is looking for a Merchandising Associate to join their team in Boston, MA. This role focuses on stocking, displaying, and optimizing product placement to drive sales, maintain inventory levels, and ensure an attractive, well-organized retail presence. Key Responsibilities: Pack out received products and stock shelves according to merchandising standards. Develop and maintain product displays and promotional layouts. Monitor sales performance and identify losses, trends, and profit opportunities. Adjust merchandising strategies based on customer feedback, sales data, and forecasts. Ensure proper stock rotation and organized product presentation. Evaluate the effectiveness of product displays and store layouts. Review customer feedback to anticipate sales trends and seasonal demand. Research competitor pricing, promotions, and merchandising strategies. Monitor inventory levels to ensure appropriate stock availability. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of grocery or big-box merchandising experience. Reliable transportation required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Basic understanding of inventory control and sales trends. Pay & Schedule: Pay Rate: $23.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: From $23.00 per hour Work Location: In person
