Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Otsego, MN, for a Directional Driller/Locator. The role involves operating and maintaining heavy equipment used for directional drilling, overseeing the drilling process, and ensuring the proper installation of utilities. Additionally, the individual will conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues during operations, and follow safety guidelines and industry standards to ensure high-quality results. Qualifications Proficiency in operating and maintaining Heavy Equipment for directional drilling projectsExperience in Drilling and Directional Drilling techniques and applicationsAbility to perform thorough Inspection to ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance with standardsStrong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and address drilling-related challengesCommitment to adhering to safety protocols and fostering a safe working environmentAbility to work effectively in a team and communicate clearlyCDL Preffered, but a Valid class D driver’s license is required and ability to operate in various conditions and terrains when required
