This is a sophisticated program practice, D&O, EPL, LPL, E&O, and Lloyd's of London accounts, with the infrastructure and collegial culture of a 250+ attorney national firm behind it.This is a program practice. Lloyd's of London accounts, professional liability lines across the board, cases monitored nationally. It's nuanced, fast-moving work that rewards attorneys who are precise, organised, and genuinely interested in coverage.What you'll do:Analyze insurance policies across multiple professional liability linesDraft coverage opinions, reservations of rights, and disclaimersMonitor D&O, EPL, LPL, and E&O cases nationallyRetain and liaise with defense counsel for insuredsPrepare bordereau and client-specific reportsReport directly to underwriters and program producersWhat you'll need:3+ years handling program matters, coverage analysis and monitoring across D&O, EPL, LPL, and/or E&O linesExperience drafting coverage opinions and coverage lettersLloyd's of London program account experience highly preferredSharp legal research and writing skills with exceptional attention to detailWhat's on offer:$140,000–$200,000 baseRobust bonus programUnlimited PTOTop-tier benefits and wellnessUncapped advancement and developmentHybrid/remote flexibilityPlease apply directly or reach out to me for more information at 978-678-3966.
