Pinecrest Medical Care Facility in Powers, MI is a 24-hour skilled nursing facility that provides Alzheimer's care, long-term care and rehabilitation services.Some of your day to day duties as a Licensed Practical Nurse include:Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RNMaking frequent rounds to evaluate the resident statusPassing medication to patients as required by their physicianProviding wound careDocumenting care that is provided and assure that practices are consistent with facility policies and proceduresOversee nursing assistants and ensure assignments are completedAgency MUST have mandated State of Michigan ICHAT account set up prior to submittal as it may take 3+ weeks to be set up with an account.
