Assists the Admissions Operations Coordinator with training, scheduling, managing, and monitoring the student ambassador program.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND REQRUIED DUTIES OF THE JOB (provide list of items which are essential to effective outcomes in this role):Assist in daily visit coordination.Support the admissions office with various events (Visit Days, Scholars, High Achievers, etc.).Assist in hiring process of student ambassadorsDevelop and coordinate onboarding training of all student ambassadorsDevelop and coordinate regular training throughout the school year for student ambassadorsMonitor student ambassador productivity using various salesforce reportsEnsure data integrity within the Salesforce CRMProvide support to student ambassadors as needed for various tasks within the admissions officeCollect mail regularlyManaging front deskCreate scholarship sheets for incoming studentsAssist in social media management for the admissions officeOther duties as assignedPREFERRED EXPERIENCE:Ability to show initiative and leadershipAbility to work collaboratively with diverse groupsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWorking knowledge of excelAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficiency in social media management and content creationSTANDARD UNIVERSITY EXPECTATIONS:Model and encourage collaboration among University departments assuring effective communication and operations.Understand the University's policies and, procedures, and exercise good judgment accordingly.
