Senior Landscape ArchitectLocation: Orlando, FLAn established, multidisciplinary design firm is seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to join its growing Orlando team. This role is ideal for a professional who combines strong technical expertise with leadership, client engagement, and a passion for high-quality design across a diverse portfolio of projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead landscape architecture projects through all phases, including concept design, schematic design, construction documents, and construction administrationManage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomesServe as a primary point of contact for clients, agencies, and project stakeholdersPrepare and oversee production of drawings, specifications, and technical documentationCoordinate with internal multidisciplinary teams and external consultantsSupport business development efforts, including proposals and client relationship buildingMentor and guide junior and mid-level landscape architects and designersEnsure designs comply with local codes, zoning, and regulatory requirementsQualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape ArchitectureLicensed Landscape Architect (or ability to obtain Florida licensure)Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools (Land F/X, SketchUp, or similar preferred)Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
