As a Day Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our clients' facilities. Key Responsibilities: Cleaning building floors (vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, sweeping) Gathering and emptying indoor trash Clean, service and resupply restrooms Clean windows, mirrors and other glass surfaces Engaging in building security and safety activities (checking and locking doors, checking electrical appliance) Moving equipment, supplies, and furniture Informing managers about required repair and maintenance activities Maintaining tools and equipment needed for Custodial duties Qualifications: No formal education required Ability to work Monday to Friday on-site Must have proven working experience as Janitor or related work Must be trainable and open to learn and act in accordance with the Del Sol \Way\ Must be able to respond and act quickly Must have strong multitasking skills Must have reliable transportation Bonus: A working knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies Why Join Us: Competitive pay with paid time off benefits Opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a supportive environment Enhance your skills in cleaning and grounds maintenance Location: Del Sol Solutions - Austin 500 W 2nd St, Austin, TX 78701, USA A premiere facilities management service company.
