The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that valuation processes comply with industry standards, driving innovation in valuation methodologies, and enhancing risk analysis and portfolio optimization techniques. This role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to improve financial controls, governance frameworks, and decision-making processes. The VP will also contribute to sustainability goals through ESG-focused projects and initiatives. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field, with a CFA designation preferred, and 4-7 years of experience in asset management, private credit, or valuation advisory roles. Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and process automation is essential, as is experience with valuation systems. The role demands strong financial modeling skills, the ability to manage complex data sets, and direct experience with third-party valuation providers and fund administrators. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and proactive project management capabilities.
