This position is ideal for someone who is fast, organized, detail-oriented, and confident with a knife . There is a heavy prep component , so solid fundamentals, consistency, and the ability to work cleanly and efficiently are essential. What we’re looking for: Experience working a professional line Strong knife skills Ability to handle high-volume prep with consistency and urgency Clean, organized work habits Attention to detail on plating and station setup Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Positive attitude and willingness to learn Station responsibilities include: Extensive daily prep Garde manger mise en place and service Dessert plating and execution Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked station Following recipes, prep lists, and kitchen standards with precision We’re looking for cooks who care about doing things the right way — with focus, discipline, and pride in the details.
