Engineering Manager, Technical Data Intelligence
Overview
In this role you lead a team of ML and full-stack engineers focused on making engineering data legible for automation. You guide both people strategy and technical direction to build data pipelines, annotation tooling, and data augmentation for manufacturing workflows. You stay hands-on as a player-coach to unblock critical paths while shaping architecture and headcount planning. You contribute to Hadrian’s mission to accelerate U.S. manufacturing by enabling data-driven, scalable factory automation. This is a high-impact leadership position at the intersection of ML, software, and advanced manufacturing.
