Hi,Hope you are doing well.Please find the job description below and let me know your interest.Position: Business Process EngineerLocation: Hybrid in Burbank CA or Orlando FLDuration: 6 to 12+ monthsMode of Interview: Onsite InterviewRequired Qualifications & Skills:• 5+ years of process improvement or quality experience• Lean Six Sigma Certified• Experience in Agile/DevOps/Sprint development• Familiarity with AI/ML techniques applied to manufacturing (predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, process mining)• Experience in ITIL or CMMI• Experience Project Management (PMI, PRINCE2)• Experience with ADKAR change management frameworks• Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas to achieve a common business objective.• Interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate and enhance performance within a cross-functional environment.• Excellent critical and creative thinking with emphasis on developing innovative solutions to solve complex problems that may not have one clear answer.• Strong problem-solver, analytical thinker, and effective communicator across both individual contributor presence and executive leadership.
