Overview Join our dynamic team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), where you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality behavioral health services to individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. Duties Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs and eligibility for services Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) Collect, analyze, and document data on client progress to inform treatment adjustments and ensure measurable outcomes Provide direct behavioral therapy sessions tailored to children and individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency across settings and maximize client success Maintain accurate medical records, documentation of patient assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations Participate in ongoing training on medical terminology, behavioral health protocols, and best practices for working with individuals with disabilities Skills Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) Experience working directly with children or individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder (ASD) Proficiency in data collection methods and analyzing behavioral data to guide treatment decisions Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to working with diverse populations Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments and intake procedures within a clinical setting Familiarity with medical documentation standards, HIPAA compliance, and medical terminology related to behavioral health Effective communication skills for collaborating with families, team members, and external providers Join us in creating impactful change through compassionate care and innovative behavioral interventions.
