Please learn more about us at https://www.growwealthpartners.com/. Role Overview: GROW Wealth Partners is seeking a Lead Financial Advisor / Private Wealth Advisor to join our team. This is an opportunity for individuals who are motivated to build and grow a practice within a collaborative, well-resourced firm, whether you bring prior advisory experience or are looking to launch a long-term career in wealth management. This individual will be responsible for building and managing their own book of business through organic growth while leveraging the firm's established brand, planning infrastructure, and collaborative advisory team. This role allows for some remote opportunities but there is a requirement to be in the office several days a week (depending on the client schedule). Key Responsibilities: The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Proactively develop and grow a personal book of business through referrals, networking, and firm-supported growth initiatives. Serve as the primary advisor for client relationships, delivering comprehensive financial planning and wealth management solutions. Conduct discovery meetings, create customized financial plans, and provide ongoing advice across investments, retirement, insurance, tax planning, and estate considerations. Collaborate with internal support advisors, client service associates, and specialists to deliver a high-touch client experience. Leverage GROW Wealth Partners' planning tools, marketing resources, and operational support to scale your practice efficiently. Participate in team meetings, mentorship, and professional development initiatives. Uphold the firm's fiduciary mindset, planning-first philosophy, and client-centric culture. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required (finance, business, economics, or related field preferred) Experience level flexible: Prior experience as a financial advisor or in a client-facing financial services role preferred, but not required Strong interest in building a long term career in wealth management and financial planning. Demonstrated or aspirational ability to develop client relationships and grow a practice organically. Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills Must be able to pass a basic background screening for the securities industry. Preferred Certification Requirements, but required post-employment within a defined timeframe: Series 7 and Series 63 or 66 certifications Life, Accident, and Health Insurance certification Why Join Us?
