Collaboration on infrastructure development for distributed, automated production cells and championing the use of large-scale compute resources for optimization and intelligence problems are also key aspects of the position.Applicants must have a Bachelor of Science in a relevant field, with a minimum of 7 years' experience in software engineering leadership, and a preference for 10 years. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and TypeScript, experience in applying machine learning to industrial problems, and strong technical fluency across databases, APIs, frontend systems, and cloud infrastructure are essential. The role requires effective use of modern AI-assisted development tools, high initiative, and the ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively.
