Project CoordinatorTABER, the leading manufacturer of custom millwork, metalwork, and upholstery in Orange County, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our growing team.What You Will Do:Support Project Managers with day-to-day execution across preconstruction, construction, and closeout phasesPrepare and manage submittals, RFIs, shop drawing coordination, and procurement trackingCoordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Purchasing, Production, and Field teamsTrack project schedules, deliveries, and install readiness to keep timelines on trackManage subcontractor scope across stone tops, seating, and metal workWhat We're Looking For:1–2 years of experience in construction, millwork, or a related field (preferred but not required)Familiarity with submittals, RFIs, or project coordination workflowsExceptional organizational skills and clear, proactive communicationAbility to read and interpret construction drawingsComfortable working with Bluebeam, Procore (or similar platform), and ExcelHigh attention to detail, especially with respect to finish quality and sequencingBenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package which includes medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401k.
