Landscaper/Driver Position Ladson, SC. Work Hard, Drive Safe, Get It Done-Brightview Landscape is looking for a Landscaper/Driver: As a Crew Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our crew and equipment transportation. You will be responsible for driving crew members to and from work locations, ensuring their safety and timely arrival. Responsibilities: Safely transport crew members to and from job sites, ensuring punctual arrival and departure Operate company vehicles in full compliance with all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company standards Conduct daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance to ensure reliability and safety Assist with loading, unloading, and securing tools, materials, and equipment for each job Actively participate in landscape installation and labor tasks throughout the workday—not just as a driver, but as a full labor crew member Perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including extended exposure to heat, for 8 to 10 hours per day Keep vehicle interior and exterior clean and organized at all times Immediately report any accidents, mechanical issues, or unsafe conditions to a supervisor Follow all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and worksite protocols Requirements: - Valid driver's license and clean driving record - Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a similar role - Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations - Excellent driving skills with the ability to navigate various road conditions - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Attention to detail and commitment to safety - Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials, if required.
