Troubleshooting: Provide basic troubleshooting and guidance to customers in resolving their issues
Jira administration
Confluence administration
Onboarding and offboarding of consultant
Troubleshoot and configure AWS workspace
Windows patching through Ninja
Handling Office 365
Handling service desk day to day activities
Working in shifts
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $23.37 - $28.15 per hour
Schedule:
8 hour shift
