Job Title: Physician Outpatient Primary Care (Infectious & Complex Patient Focus)Location: Jacksonville, FLCompensation: Competitive base salary + productivity incentives, sign-on and retention bonuses, full benefits package, and 401(k)Employment Type: Full-Time, On-SiteAbout the Role:We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused physician to join our outpatient clinic, providing primary care to patients with complex infectious and immune-compromised conditions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outpatient medicine and a desire to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of underserved populations. Infectious disease specialists are encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality primary care services to patients with complex infectious and immune-related conditionsManage a patient panel of patients per day in a supportive outpatient environmentCollaborate with care coordinators, nursing staff, and other providers to optimize patient outcomesComplete accurate documentation and maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory requirementsObtain AAHIVM Certification within 18 months of hireProvide supervision and guidance to mid-level providers as neededParticipate in patient retention and care continuity initiativesMaintain current CPR/BLS certificationQualifications:MD or DO with an active, state-specific medical licenseValid DEA & Furnishing licenseOutpatient primary care experience, ideally with exposure to patients with infectious or immune-compromised conditionsStrong clinical judgment and ability to manage a high-volume outpatient scheduleInfectious disease training or experience is a plusExcellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skillsWhy Join Us:Work in a supportive, mission-driven outpatient settingCompetitive compensation with productivity incentives and retention bonusesOpportunity to make a meaningful difference in patient careCollaborative team environment
