This role provides concierge-level coordination of care, ensuring athletes, coaches, andteam staff have seamless access to Sutter’s clinical network, including physician specialists, imaging, surgical, and rehabilitation services.Functions as a program manager and clinical liaison with advanced skills in communication, logistics, and clinical coordination, bridging the gap between athletic organizations and Sutter Health’s providers.
