UloopDoral, FLRemoteJune 4th, 2026
Overview APL Logistics is seeking talented students to join our Global Marketing organization for a 12‑week summer internship. You will be working with the Communications team on our SharePoint migration project, helping to develop training videos and guides, as well as design assets. As an intern, you will be exposed to global teams, new tools and technologies, and the logistics industry. Talented individuals will be part of a cross‑functional team passionate about creating impactful internal communications. Responsibilities Standardize site look & feel. Help implement SharePoint page templates, navigation conventions (hub/quick‑launch), and metadata/term store tags so departmental content is discoverable and branded consistently. Support the SharePoint migration as a project coordinator. Help inventory department sites, track tasks/milestones, update status, and chase blockers across global time zones; partner with site owners and content owners to prep content for migration and post‑go‑live clean‑up. Design internal communication pieces. Draft news posts and announcements. Create reusable content assets: on‑brand banners, infographics, short videos, and presentation slides to support communication messages. Contribute to training & onboarding: draft quick‑start guides, short how‑to videos, and cheat sheets for new site owners and contributors. Measure adoption and engagement: track basic SharePoint/communications metrics (news views, asset downloads, email click‑through, time‑to‑publish), summarize insights, and recommend tweaks to content/design cadence. Collaborate cross‑functionally and globally. Skills and Qualifications Strong writing and editing skills with a clear, approachable, professional tone. Excellent organization and project coordination; able to manage task lists, follow up with stakeholders, capture decisions, and keep workstreams moving across time zones. Design curiosity: interest in learning design tools for email banners, micro‑videos, and presentation assets, with attention to brand consistency and accessibility. Alignment with core values and behaviors: teamwork, respect, integrity, innovation, and customer focus. Preferred Qualifications Juniors and seniors graduating between May2026 and May2027 pursuing a bachelor’s degree. Master’s students in a relevant field graduating between May2026 and May2027. Marketing, communications, and/or project management focus. SharePoint experience or eagerness to learn SharePoint site/news publishing. Digital communication fluency. Familiarity with Microsoft365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint). Experience with Canva. Location: within 250mi of an APL Logistics facility or office. Compensation and Benefits Hourly wage: $23.50 to $25.00. Benefit: one (1) hour of paid sick time for every thirty (30) hrs worked, up to a maximum of forty‑eight (48) hrs per calendar year. Work Location Requirement Employees residing within 25mi of an APL Logistics Hub Office (AZ, FL, MI, NC, OR) must follow a hybrid schedule: fully on‑site or fully remote schedules determined by role and business needs. Hybrid employees must report to the office 8 days per month as scheduled by their supervisor. Warehouse roles are typically fully on‑site. Candidates outside the 25‑mile radius may be considered for fully remote roles depending on business needs. Remote work requires compliance with company policies, including workspace standards, timekeeping, and communication protocols. Commuting costs are not reimbursed. Adherence to this policy is a condition of employment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
