Bluffton, OH, US, Bluffton,Bluffton, OHThe Compensation Analyst will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining compensation programs to ensure fair and competitive pay structures within GROB. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data analysis and compensation strategy and is knowledgeable about HR practices and laws affecting compensation.Roles & ResponsibilitiesPrepares and maintains job descriptions for each position in the organization and ensures the descriptions accurately reflect the work being performed by incumbentsDesign and implement compensation plans that align with company objectives for recruitment and retentionBenchmarks jobs against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges for each positionConduct research and analysis on market competitiveness, pay equity, and compensation trendsEnsure compliance with federal and state laws regarding compensationPrepare reports summarizing compensation data and analysis trendsWork closely with HR and finance teams to create budgets for compensation programs and advise management on pay decisionsGather data from various sources related to employee benefits including health, dental, vision, life, and retirement programs and analyze the collected data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in employee benefit programsPerforms other related duties as assigned.Education & Experience RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years prior experience in compensation analysis preferredKnowledge of SuccessFactors software is a plusGeneral RequirementsStrong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and knowledge of compensation regulations are essentialExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to work with confidential and sensitive information in a discrete and professional mannerAbility to effectively work with employees at all levels of the organizationProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Willing to work overtime, if necessaryThis position requires work to be done in person and onsiteGROB offers a competitive wage as well as an excellent benefit package including vacation, medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, STD, Life insurance, and 401K with company matchApplication InformationApplicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.
