About the Role Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a culinary leader with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. As the Chef, you will oversee kitchen and bakery operations, and people management to ensure high-quality food production and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking activities - Develop innovative menu items while maintaining consistency and quality - Manage inventory levels, ordering, and cost control measures - Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations - Collaborate with management to plan special events, banquets, and catering services - Train and mentor kitchen employees on culinary techniques and best practices - Oversee shift management to maintain smooth kitchen operations Requirements: - Proven experience as a Chef or similar role in the food industry - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team - In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, menu development, and food presentation - Proficiency in inventory control, cost management, and kitchen operations - Understanding of food safety standards and sanitation regulations - Experience in banquet or catering services is a plus - Bartending skills are advantageous for creating beverage pairings If you are a dynamic culinary professional with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity as our Chef.
