Position: Business Execution Consultant 2 - ContingentLocation: Charlotte, North Carolina / Des Moines, IADuration: Contract Job ID: 176604Pay range: 50-55$/hr on w2Job Description: Client is seeking a Technical Writer for a contingent assignment. The consultant will support low to moderately complex business initiatives and help identify opportunities for process improvements within Business Execution.Key Responsibilities: • Participate in business execution and strategic initiatives • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements • Review and evaluate operational challenges and deliverables • Conduct research and assess alternative solutions • Present recommendations for resolving business issues • Support compliance, policies, and procedural requirements • Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders and client personnel • Assist with documentation and procedure writing activitiesRequired Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in Business Execution, Strategic Planning, or Implementation • Strong written communication skillsExperience with Content Management Systems (CMS) • Proficiency in Microsoft Word • Experience in procedure writing/documentation • Ability to work independently and handle low-to-medium risk deliverablesPreferred Qualifications: • Banking and Financial Services industry experience • Knowledge of compliance and certification managementWork Requirement: Hybrid SchedulePay Range: $40/hr - $45/hr The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
