Job Responsibilities Monitored and interpreted continuous cardiac telemetry, promptly identifying rhythm changes and escalating care as appropriate. Administered medications, IV therapies, and cardiac treatments while continuously assessing patient response. Collaborated with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized plans of care.
