At the forefront of aviation, defense, and space exploration, this company offers exciting opportunities to work on next-generation aircraft, space systems, and advanced technologies that define the future of aerospace.Responsibilities:Execute daily point-of-sale (POS) transactions and cash control proceduresReceive, process, and track incoming/outgoing merchandise shipmentsMonitor inventory levels, stock balances, and replenishment needsProcess Mark Out of Stock (MOS) and Return to Vendor (RTV) itemsCoordinate inter-store transfers and special customer ordersMaintain accurate inventory documentation and support annual inventory countsExecute merchandising floor sets and uphold visual standardsMaintain an organized stockroom and proper merchandise storageIdentify and communicate facility maintenance needsQualifications:Education: High School Diploma or GED required2+ years retail sales, customer service, or related experience (preferred)Point-of-Sale (POS) systemsMicrosoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)Inventory systems and stock control processesInventory management and merchandising executionOrder processing, shipping/receiving, and stockroom operationsMulti-tasking in fast-paced retail environmentsPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and handle merchandise (unpacking, moving boxes)Retail environment with standing, stocking, and operational dutiesWhat to ExpectApplicants selected for employment will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation, which may include education, criminal, and work history verifications.Accepted applicants will be eligible for benefits, including medical and supplemental insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
