Night Shift Production Assistant We are hiring a night shift Production Assistant for a modern food production facility in Lebanon, Indiana. This role is ideal for someone with food manufacturing experience who enjoys hands-on work, accuracy, and working with equipment in a fast-paced production environment. Our client is a growing food manufacturer producing high-quality food products in a clean, safety-focused, and regulated manufacturing environment. Job Duties Operate, set up, and monitor mixing and cooking equipment to ensure batches meet recipe and quality specifications Prepare ingredients and mixes, including chipping frozen materials and creating pumpable slurries Support deviation investigations by assisting with inspections, swabbing, sample pulls, and documentation Work closely with Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Quality teams to support product quality and compliance Schedule Monday through Friday, 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Pay $24.46 Requirements 1 or more years of experience in a regulated food manufacturing environment Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points Experience working with production or batching equipment Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Employer-paid short-term and long-term disability Life and AD and D insurance 401(k) with employer match and no vesting period Health savings account with employer match Critical illness insurance Pet insurance Identity protection insurance Location Lebanon, Indiana.
