**Job Summary:**We are seeking an Accounts Payable/Data Entry Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, entering financial data into accounting software, and maintaining accurate records of transactions.**Qualifications:**- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred- 1+ year of experience in accounts payable or data entry- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Excellent organizational and time management skills**Responsibilities:**- Process a high volume of invoices and expense reports accurately and efficiently- Verify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and receipts- Enter financial data into accounting system with precision- Perform data entry tasks with a focus on speed and accuracy- Maintain vendor files and communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries
