Behavioral Specialist in School Setting | Arvada, Colorado

Job Description Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.A contract opportunity is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with bilingual skills, supporting preschool-aged children (3-5 years) in a school setting near Arvada, CO. This one-month assignment runs from March 30th to April 24th, 2026. The role involves working closely with young students in structured morning and afternoon sessions.Responsibilities include:Implementing behavior intervention plans for preschool childrenCollecting and analyzing behavioral data to assess progressCollaborating with Behavior Specialists and educational staffSupporting 17 students during the morning session (7:50 AM 10:50 AM)Supporting 13 students during the afternoon session (11:50 AM 2:50 PM)Utilizing bilingual skills to effectively communicate with students and families as neededPreferred qualifications:Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certificationExperience working with preschool-aged children in behavioral settingsBilingual proficiency to assist diverse student populationsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple students and follow detailed behavior plansLocation: Arvada, CO with assignment responsibilities near Lafayette, COContract: 1-month, fixed-term assignmentThis role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in early childhood education while gaining valuable professional experience in applied behavior analysis within a public school environment.
