Technical Program Manager

Overview As Technical Program Manager at Rolls-Royce, you will own end-to-end delivery improvement initiatives within DeliveryWorks, coordinating across planning, procurement, quality, engineering and manufacturing. You’ll govern a portfolio of projects, drive issues to closure, and institutionalize fixes into standard work. You’ll engage with senior stakeholders and lead communities of practice to sustain high-performance project management.
