To learn more, visit www.associaonline.com.Job DescriptionAssocia is hiring a PART TIME Property Coordinator to assist at its condominium community in SE Washington DC.Work schedule:24 hours a week.MWF, 10am-6pm.Daily responsibilities:Meet and greet homeowners, visitors, and contractors.Collect and process payments.Assess late fees.Research accounts.Process invoices.Order office supplies.Manage work order process.Enter, update, an close out work orders in the system using Building Link.Manage, schedule, and monitor move-ins and move out.Update leases.Issue key FOBS.Create and distribute monthly newsletter.Other duties as assigned.Hourly pay rate: $22-$24.RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED equivalent is required.1+ year of front desk office admin support experience.Customer service driven.
