This role will assist with content development, campaign execution, project coordination, and marketing analytics. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects while supporting both digital and traditional marketing efforts.Responsibilities:Assist with content creation for email campaigns, website content, and marketing materialsCoordinate and manage marketing projects from planning through executionSupport email marketing campaigns, including building and scheduling emails in HubSpotMaintain and update HubSpot CRM and marketing automation toolsTrack and analyze marketing data and campaign performance, providing reports and insightsAssist with marketing campaign planning and execution across multiple channelsCoordinate marketing assets, timelines, and internal communication across teamsConduct market research and competitive analysis to support marketing strategyOrganize and maintain marketing materials, brand assets, and campaign documentationProvide general support for marketing initiatives and promotionsRequirements:Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or content creationExperience using HubSpot for email marketing, CRM, or campaign management preferredStrong writing and content development skillsExperience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation toolsExperience with marketing analytics, reporting, and data interpretationStrong organizational and project management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office or Google WorkspaceAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Benefits:Health and vision insuranceIn-house dental careLife insurance401(k) plan with company matchPaid time off and holidays
