The Sr. Manager Digital Transformation is a unique opportunity to lead the transformation to enable future business growth at an unprecedented level.## The impact you'll makeThe Digital Transformation Transportation Sr. Manager at Lam Research is responsible for leading and overseeing the strategic implementation of digital technologies across transportation and logistics operations. This role involves driving innovation, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing our internal users' experiences through the adoption of digitals tools and processes.## What you'll doLeading digital transformation initiatives: The manager is responsible for identifying opportunities for digital improvement and developing transformation roadmaps that align with organizational goals.Help to define problem statements, vision/plan, success criteria, business benefits, and accountabilityManaging cross-functional teams: The role requires managing cross-functional teams to ensure that digital initiatives deliver measurable business value.Driving digital transformation: The manager must drive changes in business processes, culture, and customer experiences to meet changing business and market requirements.Implementing digital improvements: The manager is responsible for implementing digital improvements to existing operational processes and ensuring that digital strategy aligns with business goals.Training employees: The manager should be able to train employees about new digital tools and technologies, ensuring they are used effectively throughout the organization.Monitoring digital transformation: The manager must continuously monitor the digital transformation strategy to ensure it aligns with the organization's goals and make adjustments as necessary.The role demands a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of transportation modes, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.## Who we're looking forBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. MBA or master's preferred but not required.10 years of experience in Transportation operations, strong knowledge of operational processes, data, tools, and improvement initiatives including experience in business process reengineering in leading/fast-growth companiesDeep subject matter expertise in Transportation Management Systems.Influenced organizational change by driving partnerships and alignment across the organizationsExperience in leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders across a global organization5 of experience in business transformation programsStrong leadership and decision-making ability to manage internal and external teams.Excellent problem solving and communication skills for coordinating with transportation suppliers and internal stakeholders.Knowledge of the different transportation modes, US Customs Import and Export requirements, and logistics procedures.Ability to analyze data and optimize routes for recommended digital transportation solutions.## Preferred qualificationsAbility to analyze and interpret large data sets for decision supportAble to work with minimal direct guidance or directionAbility to thrive in a dynamic and ambiguous environmentUnderstanding of best practices in the transportation industry and application to real lifeKnowledge of the systems (e.g., SAP ERP/IBP, TMS etc.,), implementation and project life cycles## Our commitmentWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.#LI-RW1IND123#GDSalaryCA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $137,000.00 - $287,000.00.The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role.
