With a dedicated team of over 700 professionals, Keystone Health focuses on delivering compassionate care to the greater Franklin County area.Role DescriptionThe Staff Pharmacist at Keystone Health will play a vital role in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care and services. Responsibilities include accurately dispensing prescription medications, providing patient counseling, performing medication reviews, and ensuring adherence to all relevant safety and regulatory standards. The pharmacist will also collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication regimens and monitor therapeutic outcomes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chambersburg, PA.QualificationsStrong knowledge of pharmacology, medication dosage, and potential side effectsProficiency in verifying, dispensing, and managing medication ordersExcellent patient counseling, communication, and customer service skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient careFamiliarity with pharmacy software systems and strong attention to detail in maintaining recordsActive pharmacist license in Pennsylvania, with a PharmD or equivalent degreeCommitment to patient safety, accuracy, and confidentialityPrior experience in a healthcare or clinical pharmacy setting is a plus
