Role Description Blue Ocean DPC is seeking a dedicated Family Physician (D.O.) to join our team in a full-time capacity as a Partner in our Direct Primary Care clinic. This on-site position is located in Hendersonville, TN. The physician's responsibilities include providing patient-centered care across all ages, managing acute and chronic conditions, overseeing preventative care, and contributing to the growth of our patient-focused practice. The role will also involve coordinating care with specialists, maintaining detailed patient records, and building long-term relationships with patients and their families. Qualifications Proven experience in Primary Care and Family MedicineCompetency in Urgent Care, Medicine, and treating diverse patient needsExperience or interest in Community Health and providing accessible careStrong communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients and partnering in careAbility to work collaboratively in a patient-focused practice settingBoard certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or equivalentA Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree and an active medical license in TennesseeExperience with or interest in the Direct Primary Care model is a plus
