This individual must possess strong marketing literacy across the various industries in which Lalani Ventures operates, along with a deep understanding of Underground Atlanta’s evolving identity, events, entertainment programming, retail activity, and leasing initiatives.This role requires a highly organized and creative individual capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a cohesive brand identity across digital, print, and physical platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Management & StrategyDevelop, maintain, and evolve brand identity, voice, and positioning across all platformsEnsure consistency across all visual, digital, and physical brand touchpointsBuild long-term content strategies and marketing calendarsDigital Content ManagementDevelopment progress updatesNews accolades and earned media placementsNeighborhood connectivity and community engagement piecesAnnouncements and new releasesDevelop content strategy Capture photo and video contentCreate digital marketing assets and branded contentWrite short-form and long-form copyManage social engagement by responding to comments and interacting with network connectionsSocial Media ManagementCoordinate with Underground Atlanta’s social media execution, curation, and strategyProduce additional graphic and promotional content for Underground Atlanta campaignsGather content during events, activations, and key property momentsPlan and execute paid media campaigns across digital, print, and out-of-home (OOH) channelsDevelop campaigns promoting events, openings, leasing activity, and major initiativesWebsite ManagementMaintain and update website content, photos, and informationCoordinate outsourced development and third-party website editsManage external agencies, vendors, freelancers, and developersProvide clear project expectations, assets, templates, and copyWrite and edit website copyManage SEO strategy and monitor performance analyticNetworking, Partnerships & Industry OutreachBuild relationships with local and international industry publicationsIdentify networking opportunities, conferences, and outreach initiativesRepresent the company at events to strengthen partnerships and brand awarenessAdvertising, PR & CommunicationsDevelop public relations and communications strategiesConduct outreach and maintain relationships with local and international media publicationsCreate digital and print marketing assetsManage copywriting across campaigns, press materials, social media, print, and online platformsAnalytics & ReportingTrack and report marketing performance across platforms, including:Campaign performanceWebsite trafficEngagement metricsROI analysisUse analytics and performance data to improve strategy and executionQualificationsStrong understanding of branding, social media, content strategy, and digital marketingStrong copywriting and communication skillsExperience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent design platformsAbility to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple prioritiesComfortable attending events and capturing live contentKnowledge of Atlanta culture, media, and development landscape preferredBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurance
