DescriptionAs a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, resident relations, maintaining property integrity, and ensuring a high standard of living for our tenants. If you are a motivated professional with strong leadership skills and a background in property management, we invite you to apply.ResponsibilitiesResident Relations: Foster positive relationships with residents, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction.Property Maintenance: Supervise maintenance staff, coordinate repairs, and conduct regular inspections to maintain the property's appearance and functionality.Leasing and Marketing: Oversee leasing activities, including screening applicants, conducting property tours, and ensuring high occupancy rates. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new residents.Financial Management: Manage budgets, collect rent, and oversee financial transactions. Prepare regular financial reports for property owners or management company.Compliance: Ensure the property complies with local, state, and federal regulations.
