Warehouse Specialist I
Warehouse Specialist ISBM Management is looking for a Warehouse Specialist I! The Warehouse Specialist will be responsible for safely receiving, storing, shipping, and issuing equipment, material, supplies, merchandise, foodstuffs, or tools, and will compile stock records in stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard by performing the following duties.ResponsibilitiesPerform basic administrative/physical tasks involved in receiving indirect/expense materials destined for the Gilead sites: Coordinate receipt documentation; Oracle using MSCA or desktop application; Physical movement and/or delivery of goods; Email communication with vendor/carrier to resolve issues; Forklift operationPerform Oracle transactions associated with receipt of all indirect/expense materials through internal computer systems, including troubleshooting to rectify issues, which could affect Gilead timelinesPerform physical tasks involved in supporting the receipt of raw materials and components destined for the Gilead operationsNotify relevant departments as items are receivedSupport the physical exam of incoming shipments, products, or samples to ensure they meet specifications and match paperworkIdentify and record deviations and escalate to supervisor to ensure on-time delivery of material and return of rejected or unsuitable ordersTake independent action to ensure on-time delivery of material, and initiates action for return of rejected or unsuitable ordersCoordinate with internal departments for quick and accurate distribution of indirect/expense materialsAdhere consistently to SOPs and cGMPsComply with all safety related procedures and practicesComfortable working on routine tasks and proactively communicating progress of workloadPicking/pulling material based on Oracle Pick ListPreparing Shipment for Verification from Gilead FTEPacking Products per SOPsSupport FedEx/UPS during pick up/scanningPalletize, V-Board and Shrink wrap outbound shipmentsEnd of Day Inventory checksLoad trailersPerform transactions associated with distribution processes through internal and external computer systems, including troubleshooting to rectify issues, which could affect Gilead timelinesQualificationsRequired to have valid Driver's licenseCompleted all safety and task training certificationsHigh school diploma/ GEDPrevious experience in a warehouse setting preferredShift: Monday- Friday (7:00am-3:30pm) Wednesday - Saturday (6:00am-6:00am)Compensation: $22.00 -$24.00 per hourSBM Management Services, LP and its affiliates are proud to be equal-opportunity workplaces.
